I ordered a small pizza and a sub at 7:30 PM and I never received it. I called them at 9 PM and they had no clue about my order. I explained to them who took my order it was a young lady and I told them the total that she gave me. Instead of fixing my problem they argued back-and-forth on the phone for 10 minutes. I would not have waited this long to get food if I knew that they were disorganized like this.
I love these folks! They are like my family and they don’t know it. They work extremely hard and give the best customer service!!!! Thank you!!! I will always take care as much as I can in tips!
Wings were delicious and the cheesesteak was delicious. I’m very picky when it comes to these two, so pleasantly surprised, I loved both. And for the prices.. can’t get better.
