We were staying at an airport hotel whose restaurant only served breakfast so had to look around for a nearby place to have dinner. The TripAdvisor reviews looked OK for this place so after a pleasant 10 minute walk we duly arrived at a very traditional looking local fish restaurant. We grabbed ourselves a table and in quick fashion our cover of bread, olives and sheep 's cheese (pour honey over it, divine! turned up. We opted for the sea bass for 2 people to share which was cooked over the open charcoal bbq inside the restaurant and it was simply divine. Lovely boiled new potatoes and a tomato salad accompanied this beautiful fish. Washed down by a very good house white, wonderfully chilled...
Stayed near the airport before our flight out the next day and found this restaurant while walking back to our hotel. It was a great choice. The food was excellent and plentiful. We had razor clam rice and the grilled fish. Both very tasty and needed a healthy appetite to finish it all. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the place clean and fresh. Definitely recommended.
We were just in time an hour before they shut on a Saturday afternoon but they made us very welcome The food was freshly cooked and very tasty with a lovely selection. The staff were friendly and very attentive and did not rush us at all. We had a great time talking with the locals. Just what we needed before flying back the next day.
