If you ever find yourself in Crofton, BC, I highly recommend visiting the Osborne Bay Pub. It's absolutely amazing and deserves far more than just five stars. The food is delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Although I come from the mainland, my family—Bev, Vern, and Lee—are regulars who visit every week. They always sit in Liz's section. She knows them by name and remembers their food and beverage orders perfectly. Never been to Crofton, but I'd searched up an eatery where I could bring the dog (60lb Saarloos). I discovered Osborne Bay Pub from Google, and wanted to give it a try. Went on a Sunday with a party of 4 plus one dog. Has great parking, nice patio wherewe could sit, and they'd very kindly provided a small bucket of water for the dog. Was happy to see there were a few other dogsthere as well. Our service was nice and prompt, drinks arrived not too long after, and questions were answered confidently. Wearrived during happy hour, where I chose the popcorn shrimp and fries. Was really good (shrimp tasted fresh, came with its owncocktail-style sauce), I was happy with the portions, and the drinks...

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. I was actually surprised by how much food I received. I ordered popcorn shrimp and fries, and there was so much shrimp that it almost overshadowed the fries! During happy hour, the deals are unbeatable. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. We enjoyed a lovely ocean and mountain view while sitting on the dog-friendly patio, which provided water for our furry friends. Overall, the happy hour specials were fantastic, and I will definitely be returning regularly!

Nice spot for lunch and a short walk to the waterfront after. Plenty of free parking in the area. I had the Cod Burger and Seafood Chowder... both were excellent. The chowder came with 3 shrimp and three muscles in it which set the dish off visually. I love their chowder.I suggest sitting on the outdoor patio as the inner pub, like most pubs, smells thick of fryer oil in the air. Good service and overall a good experience.

We had an amazing experience with both the service and the food. The coconut prawns were perfect, and the wings were equally delicious, accompanied by a fantastic seafood chowder that our server, with her wonderful smile, recommended. Thank you for making our day so special!

Great spot with kind bar staff and cold beer. Definitely a fun spot to stop in a small town and hang out on the patio staring into the yonder. Very good food deals and daily specials. Live music in a small town cannot be beat (stage inside).
