Had the #57 Philly cheesesteak with fries. It was oh so good. The beef was tender. The pepper and onions were cooked right and the cheese was melted. It was not cheese whiz either. It was fresh but American cheese. The ambiance is a cross between a diner and a delicatessen and always clean. I also ordered their homemade cheesecake. It is to die for. It’s so creamy. Definitely this a a stop over when in Millburn or in the area. I’m a regular here. The owners and staff are always so friendly.
This is our go too breakfast spot for a Sunday morning when we want good food and be low key I love the corn beef hash with eggs over home fries, the kids love the pancakes and wife loves the French toast but we all go for the Taylor ham egg and cheese sometimes and the brown gravy is great too, the staff is always on top of things so you don't have to worry you'll enjoy the entire experience.
I'm really disappointed that this place didn't live up to my expectations. I usually go to Millburn Deli, but since they were closed, I thought this would be a good alternative. I ordered the corned beef sloppy joe, but the bread was stale, there wasn't enough Russian dressing or coleslaw, and the meat was quite dry. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
Ordered taylor ham and cheese and was ready very quickly. Counter man very pleasant. Bread very soft and fresh, plenty of taylor ham and not overcooked, American cheese more than good. Pleasant and somewhat old school dining area. Was busy. Will return to try other items. Reserva una mesa ahora
One of the last true deli’s around. Great place to eat and my favorite are their subs. Also my go to for Liverwurst. Never disappoints and can’t beat the price in this
They make a mean baconegg&cheese!!! The bread was so soft and fresh and at a very reasonable price . Will definitely be coming back.
