This was my second visit to the restaurant, and once again, I ordered a large latte. Unfortunately, this time the cup was only about 65% full, which was quite disappointing considering I paid $6 for it. During my first visit, my cup was filled to about 85%, so this time I was not at all satisfied. It might be because a new staff member (a guy) made my drink this time?
Additionally, I noticed a price increase. My drink was $5.86 on my first visit, but today, when I ordered the same drink, it cost $6.02, and I received significantly less coffee. What’s going on with that?

Please, either hire more people or discontinue the order ahead feature on the app. I always leave 20-25 minutes between when I order and when I need to get on a train and I still still have to wait for my coffee when I arrive. Frequently I just leave without it because I have a train to catch. I’m sure this is frustrating for everyone involved. Either find ways to be more efficient or stop over-promising.
The triple macchiato was not what I expected. It didn’t resemble a traditional macchiato at all. I clearly requested a venti and was anticipating that size, but I ended up with a tall cup instead. I was very disappointed with the service.
I consistently have to wait at least 20 minutes for my drink, and there have been several occasions where my order has been wrong. The location is often dirty, and the staff is quite rude.

The restaurant offers simple menu options and has a fantastic staff. It's conveniently located right across from the railway station, and you can sit comfortably without any charge.
The coffee served here is excellent, but the tables in the space are too small for people to comfortably set up.
The worst Starbucks ever. Rude staff. It will take forever to get a drink in this store.
The restaurant is pleasant, with good service and a generally nice atmosphere.
