This was my second visit to the restaurant, and once again, I ordered a large latte. Unfortunately, this time the cup was only about 65% full, which was quite disappointing considering I paid $6 for it. During my first visit, my cup was filled to about 85%, so this time I was not at all satisfied. It might be because a new staff member (a guy) made my drink this time?
Additionally, I noticed a price increase. My drink was $5.86 on my first visit, but today, when I ordered the same drink, it cost $6.02, and I received significantly less coffee. What’s going on with that?

Whenever I work at the Climax, it's always a delight to take a break from my diet. I've noticed that the staff here is incredibly polite, friendly, and accommodating. Even on days when they might not have the best luck, their pride in their work shines through, making me feel uplifted and ready to face the next day. Plus, the baristas consistently prepare my favorite drink, the 'Sehr Berry Hibiscus' refresher, perfectly every time.
The triple macchiato was not what I expected. It didn’t resemble a traditional macchiato at all. I clearly requested a venti and was anticipating that size, but I ended up with a tall cup instead. I was very disappointed with the service.
I consistently have to wait at least 20 minutes for my drink, and there have been several occasions where my order has been wrong. The location is often dirty, and the staff is quite rude.

The restaurant offers simple menu options and has a fantastic staff. It's conveniently located right across from the railway station, and you can sit comfortably without any charge.
The coffee served here is excellent, but the tables in the space are too small for people to comfortably set up.
My mobile order wasn't ready for 30 mins. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
