Located at the corner of two passing streets, this restaurant offers the speciality of coupler brasserie and Japanese restaurant. Between the two, a small terrace welcomed us for a summer lunch on a holiday. We couldn't take advantage of the brewery card that didn't serve this noon. The menus on the Japanese side are similar to any small neighbourhood restaurant. Well presented dishes and fresh foods. The inner frame, however, is not very adventurous and the toilets don't really encourage to get there. I was a good client with the old owners, the best sushi in the area... Since the change a few years ago, the quality has deteriorated: miso soup without taste, salty soy sauce for fade sushi (it seems to be diluted with water) proportion of fish decreased. Even the nem sauce is weird.I stopped ordering at home and found another better in the corner. This one being on leave, and mad desire for sushi, I give back a chance to Osmose: quality not changed and in addition I had ordered skewers of St Jacques, completely disappointed!!! The St Jacques was cut almost as finely as a carpaccio!!! Given the price paid for that, it's g-ticking! So forcing them to save on the products that customers pay,...

It's been 1 year since I lived at 500m and I'm going about 2 times a month and I've never been disappointed, yet I've made Japanese and I'm hard but nothing to say is good, fresh, of quality and more at a very correct price compared to other Japanese restaurants.

It's really good that I used to order at home and it's very well managed The delivery is quick from 25 to 45 min and the affordable price is about 12€ per person the service is well insured and the very beautiful waitress

A nice Japanese restaurant with of course sushis, makis, yakitoris etc but also possibility to have French dishes of the joint brewery and a nice terrace.
