Very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered the half-and-half chicken shawarma, but the chicken was extremely chewy and didn’t taste fresh. I’ve had much better shawarma at other Osmow’s locations, so I was expecting the same quality here, but it was not good at all. Definitely not coming back to this location. I could zero star, staff does not want they are doing. Ruining the brand name. Zero customer service. Didn’t give me the options to choose my veggies. What a waste! I've visited many Osmows locations, and I believe this is the best one. When I ordered the large chicken on the rocks, it was the perfect portion size. At the Heartland location, for some reason, a large order is smaller than expected. Keep up the great work! Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak worst sandwich ever. People get a clue about what is offered in the U.S.A. for this famous sandwich. Steak must not be tough but shaved and soft. Sauces, cheese, onions have to be consistent with the beef.

I had the worst chicken shawarma I've ever experienced. The chicken tasted strange and unappetizing, the sauces were disappointing, and the overall shawarma was just a disaster. I suppose that's why it's priced so low.

Not sure what happen to this location, but the food isn't as great anymore. Their chicken is barely seasoned and it seems like they changed their rice as well. Much different than the other Osmows locations...

The guy named PANASA( If I am not wrong) is very good. Freindy behavior and helpful..god bless
