I 'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the 3050 Garden ST Whitby, ON. I placed a sizeable order for delivery for myself and some coworkers on Sunday September 3rd, order #7010. The order arrived much later than it was supposed to as the store was having issues with their online ordering system apparently. I was only made aware of the food being late thanks to the 3rd party driver whom contacted me. Regardless, the food was delivered when it was ready. We noticed on unpacking our items that a Chicken Schwarma wrap was missing from the order. I contacted the store and first spoke to an employee who quickly passed me off to someone who identified themselves as...

i was starving so i ordered one of those chicken shawarma wraps, i got half way through the wrap before i found a curly big hair in it, almost sure it was a pube, do not recommend unless you want to get a mouth full of pubes, by far one of the worst experiences. To make it worse my falafel had hair too, how hard is it to not get hair into your food. god i hate my life.

We cannot get enough of the amazing Falafel sandwiches packed with fresh veggies at this restaurant. "The Works" option with all the toppings is a definite hit, and the spice levels are just like what you would find in authentic Middle Eastern markets. And let's not forget about the delicious harissa - it's the best we've ever had! We absolutely love it!

Tajaman was a great cashier and was very helpful. He helped me decide on what I should get and it was a great choice. I ended up getting a large size of the Stix and he recommended to add sauce on to it and it was amazing. Thank you for the great service. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place was amazing, we returned the next day and tried even more. We will definitely be back when we are working in that area again. PS. If you enjoy spicy food, they do not hold back on the heat. Their hot level is quite spicy, but just right.

The food is great but the service is bad! the cashier have No manners! I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t be raising her voice towards the costumers when asking questions. This happened aug 23, 2023 around 11:50am-12nn.

Very tasty but don't bother ordering extra sauce if you're getting it delivered, they almost always leave it out
