Let me tell you, not only do they serve the best-tasting food, but they also provide outstanding customer service! One of my orders had an issue that was partly my fault, but they took care of it immediately and ensured we were completely satisfied. Not only did Jemma offer to replace the item at no charge, but she also included complimentary drinks as a bonus! Now that's what I call customer service! We will definitely remain loyal customers to this place, as both their food and service are exceptional!
First time trying the Adjarakan with sujuk here today. My first reaction was to the price, though it's overpriced compared to the other bakeries, but when I opened the box and saw the size, the amount of the material, well coocked, exactly the same as advertised, and finally the taste, I realized it's the right price. Thank you.
The best food in the world! We traveled all the way from Canada to Ossy's Bakery to try their lahmajo, and it was incredible. The service was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend that everyone should go there and try everything on the menu, especially the lahmajo. Thank you! I will definitely be back. 10 out of 10!
I ordered a meat pie and khachapuri from this restaurant. They heated them up in the microwave without me requesting it, which was frustrating since I never use a microwave at home. To make matters worse, the pie was quite old, and they didn't mention anything about it.
