Drinking beer at any time, not eating! It's a pity that you can make such a taste-neutral something of good meat. The pork roast on Friday looked good, was soft and quite too much on the plate, but after nothing tasted, only the sauce. The red cabbage was completely released. Too bad, but that wasn't the first time. My colleagues all had one of the two carvings and that was obviously OK. My tip, deny yourself better on the plate and more tasteful. The Trotenburg offers excellent after a visit to the zoo, as the locality is in the immediate vicinity. Since ever well visited, there are deficient on the plate. The ambience is rustic. The Trotenburg has a beer garden which is open in beautiful weather. Put it in, drink delicious beer, that's right. The service could be a bit better, the service is not inconsistent, generally friendly and fast, but it has even better remembered. I wish you kindness and speed at each of my visits.
Haben nach dem Besuch vom Karl's Rövershagen ein Lokal zum Einkehren gesucht und direkt einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl es sehr voll war! Ambiente ist sehr schick aber rustikal, der Service war Klasse Die Hauseigenen Bier sind echt lecker und schmecken super Das Essen hat uns sehr lecker geschmeckt....eine Empfehlung für das Forstbrauhaus Trotzenburg kann ich auf jeden Fall geben!
Die Serviceangestellte hatte keine Lust auf Bedienen. Die Qualität der hochpreisigen Speisen war unterer Durchschnitt. Möchte man sich Reste einpacken lassen, zahlt man pro Styroporbehältnis 1€ (was vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde). Spieleecke für Kinder ist mölig und unangenehm dreckig. Teils Kaputtes Spielzeug.

Beautiful restaurant with rustic ambience. Since there is plenty of space there, it is ideal for family celebrations. The food is good, but nothing special. It's okay with the price. The service is different, there are everything from super friendly to energetic staff. It's better.
It's an ample location with a rustic charm. Solid dishes are served. Location is known for it's beer but you can't get every type anytime. Service is literally not available. Aspect a long time waiting on dishes and drinks.
what a great place, with a friendly owner and personal and great beer, made to the famous Germany quality standard. they get a beer and sit in the garden when they can.
