Customers beware! Bait and switch bills! Thieves! Today was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. There were 6 of us all together. We all ordered food. Someone at our table ordered a salad and I ordered the nachos. When the waitress started bringing out the food, it was the wrong food. She went back to grab the correct order and still did not bring the salad that was ordered. He decided to just take they gyro she brought. I ordered the nachos. We were greeted immediately after walking into the door and asked to sit somewhere we liked. We had the whole area for us, as everyone else decided to sit outside. It took a few minutes until the waitress came by, but after that it was very efficient. The decor was mainly historical photos mixed with some sports paraphers. The outdoor terrace was absolutely beautiful. Our food came fast and it was as amazing as the waitress said it was. I had the Barburger and Pommes. Yesterday evening i walked in at 8:55 p.m. asked for two drinks in DORA cups to sit outside at the table. The woman bartender stated we don't serve them after 9 p.m. i replied it's only 8:55 she said well actually we don't serve after 8:45 so im just confused is DORA over at 8:45 or 9 ? Because everywhere else in town it's 9. Or does this woman just not want to make the owner of this bar any money ? She obviously hates her job or hates the owner maybe both lol.
I couldn't get any service and waited 30 minutes to place an order at the upstairs bar. The female bartender seemed frustrated about it. I ended up going downstairs to order food, but I was disappointed by the very small portion of fries I received for 450.

Showed up on a Sunday afternoon. Not many people there. I think they were understaffed? The kitchen was super slow. Food was average. Fries were overcooked and over greasy. Nice patio.
Otie's is the most renowned restaurant in Hilliard. It has stood the test of time due to its exceptional quality. Visit it, and you're sure to enjoy your experience!
Solid bar food. Staff was great. Came in with 9 screaming 9-10y/o's after a soccer tourney, and they handled it better than I did. Good work ngs,.solid Greek salad.

The place is terrible, the food is bad, and the service is awful. I’d prefer eating at White Castle instead.
