Consistently good. I always get a bento box because it's value for money and has everything I crave in one meal. <br/ <br/ The service is really good. The waitress is very patient and very sweet. The chef on some occasions gives us grilled eel on the house and that taste amazing.

Otoro is a quality restaurant, similar to typical Japanese eateries. The dishes range from satisfactory to exceptional. Despite their efforts, I can sense they have been facing challenges lately due to the impact of Covid and the country's financial circumstances.
