We keep returning to Otto’s because the ingredients are consistently varied and high-quality. However, the delivery experience has become a gamble. We’ve had orders left on the porch without a knock or bell, and our most recent order arrived on time but completely soggy and flaccid. It clearly sat in a box for too long before leaving the kitchen. For a place with such great toppings, the lack of coordination between the kitchen and drivers is a real letdown.
