The location is great just next to the railway station and two shopping malls, and not far from downtown restaurants. The room smelled like it was or had recently been a smoking room: it had a strong cigarette smell. We had a room without a toilet so we had to use ones in the public space on the corridor. The women's restroom had no light at night: it felt really uncomfortable and unsafe to leave the restroom door and the cubicle door open to get in any light from the corridor. The welcome from the boss was very warm but the checkout with the unfriendly lady was the last thing. She didn't even look at me when I checked out. Super cozy atmosphere while we enjoyed the delicious and tastefully served dishes. Walkability: Located right in the center of Weil am Rhein, it is easily accessible by bus, train and tram. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Ideally located if you are passing through. Rooms are neat but standard. Friendly help, you can eat and drink both inside and outside. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5
