Outback Steakhouse

Ordered online through a door dash, had a blooming onion and a burger with some modification, I opened the box to find the blooming onion with no dipping sauce, and burger with no condiments and no napkins or plastic ware. Called to inform of the problem and was met with well you ordered through a third party so you will have to deal with them. Again I said why would I order a blooming onion if it didn't come with the signature sauce you didn't put in with the item. But rather then deal with actual customer problems just pass the buck. Not all outbacks are like this, I just highly discourage going to this one because often when management does this, it's not the only place they cut corners....

I been coming to outback in Westbury since 1997 by car, by motorcycle in the rain and in the snow,,, . never had a complaint , all the choices and my favorite the blooming onion and baby back ribs always great,, recently on valentines day 2024 my sweetheart for 16years and I enjoyed another meal at the outback and still was tasty as ever ,,, ... Adam our server was a gentleman he was polite and professional ,,, and we will be coming back as always,, Thank you for a memorable day .......... from both of us

The food was mediocre and the service was inattentive. Bill for three adults and one child was $120, not including tip, and we had no alcohol and no desserts. Their signature blooming onion came after the entrees and was way overly salted. The fettuccine Alfredo had hardly any sauce and the shrimp were barely cooked enough. The Aussie fries were bland. The Mac and cheese balls were good.

It's it's the food was not good no pecans in the salad that my wife ordered no sour cream for the potato no limit for the water my food was terrible I will never go back to that place again the food was pre-cooked The bloomin Onion was made three days ago come on outback get your act together they used to be lines to get into your place Reserva una mesa ahora

The service here really took a since I was last here. Everything took long, server wasn't by nearly as frequent as he should have been. Took 15 min for my friend to get his first soda, another server brought us a refill at some point. He ran away so fast after throwing down the glass. I'm surprised the glass didn't break.

Ask for Nicole at the bar! We had a Great experience thanks to Nicole! She was warm, welcoming and helpful. Food was great , but the service was why we enjoyed our time at Putback

They are giving customers plastic cups to drink out of for dinner! this is not a fast food place get it together and get the glass cups! NOT LEAVING A NOTE

Porterhouse was tough and fatty and not med rare like I ordered it,sent it back replacement was well done and tough. Never going back Reserva una mesa ahora

Food had so much sodium. My body swelled up and stomach ached do bad. I will never go back.
