Outback Steakhouse

Outback is a well known chain which I believe popularized the blooming onion. On my most recent visit, I had a nice 12 oz. sirloin, blooming onion, and seared ahi. The onion was good, but it is deep fried which makes it become very heavy after eating a lot of it. Flavors with the dipping sauce are tasty and what you'd expect. The seared ahi is served on top of a slaw with ginger sauce and wasabi. Both the slaw and ahi are prepared well and the ginger sauce is quite good with the slaw. Outback Steakhouse has never let me down. Generous portions, the food is always delicious, and the people that work there are always very nice and accommodating, in all the different cities and states I've been in. I don't think I have ever had any complaints about Outback. The bartender Carlos at this particular Outback was friendly, entertaining and I don't know how he did it, but he was juggling several orders all at once and managed to still get everyone's drinks and/or food to them in a reasonable amount of time. This is one of those you know what you 're getting scenarios, which can be nice. It 's consistent! Prices have definitely gone up significantly, but that 's expected with rising food costs and other inflation. Their sweet dark bread is perfect. And the wedge salad is quite possibly the best thing here (available as a premium side). I get the mashed potatoes every time because they 're good, particularly with a bite of steak in them, though I 've had better. Consistency is the key here, though. Steak quality on the Outback Sirloin is hit and miss, but again, they 're doing their best to maintain quality with rising prices. If you really want a better steak, buy a Filet Mignon or other cut. Our waitress was great. Very attentive and pleasant and it was funny to hear her holler corner, corner when headed to the kitchen. The food was good. Blooming onion is good but gets to be too much. We didn 't eat the whole thing. I got the pork chops. They were delicious. The mashed potatoes were good too. My wife got the sirloin steak. Pretty good, we added a little butter and salt to the steak. Cooked well though. The room for improvement would be the salad. Lettuce was a little brown and wilted. The steak is awesome, and the steamed vegetables were delicious. Although I thought the other food overall, was very over seasoned. I am not a supertaster in the slightest bit, so I like a lot of flavoring/ spices in my foods. The loaded baked potato wasn 't the best. It was pretty dry and difficult to cut up to eat. It seemed like both of those things were due to it being overcooked. The skin of the potato was VERY salty, as well as the Bloomin onion. The staff though, are very friendly, quick, and provide wonderful service.

Stopped in to have dinner with my daughter after running around all day. Mike was our server and he was the greatest! Attentive to refilling beverages and checking to see how our food was. He was very kind and professional and well mannered (which is hard to find with younger wait staff these days you 're welcome goes a long way! . Friendly and just a beautiful person with great energy. This guy is a gem and is a role model. Thank you Mike for being the greatest!

Hey there party people. Here we are again, a night out with friends celebrating a birthday. It was cool to be seated so quickly but the server seemed to be a bit distracted which made the night a little weird but it panned out. The food was good and the crowd was a buzz and March Madness was a nice touch.

It was definitely not worth what we paid. The blossom was oily, the ahi looked off, the rice was crunchy. The vegetables were bland. The service was very slow. Hopefully they were just having an off afternoon. The wedge salad was really good. The 11oz ribeye was perfectly cooked as was the salmon. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is always consistent. Not great not bad it's a steak house chain. On the plus side we always get good service. They have been able to keep staffed to the capacity they are open. We come here often enough that the consistency in food and service is expected.

They do not serve white bread. I do not like rye bread. Adding molasses doesn’t help. Still waiting on my steak but a nice piece of white bread and butter would go good with any steak. The steak was good. Sides were cold. Service was fantastic. Saving grace!
