Blossom Monday! This was my first visit here, although I've been to Outback in other locations. I was pleasantly surprised by this particular Outback, as they had an excellent chef who really knows how to prepare a steak! The bone-in ribeye took me by surprise...
I stopped by for a quick dinner before heading to a show at Levity Live, which is just across the restaurant. The steak I ordered was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. My drink order was completely overlooked.
In addition to offering a good meal, Outback was there for us after 9/11, providing food to first responders. Unlike Starbucks, which closed and reopened two weeks later, Outback stepped up when it mattered most.
