Outback Steakhouse Hickory

I decided not to give any stars on anything due to this was our second attempt at dining here. Our first was this past Sunday. We were seated and continued to wait for our waitress. After 10 minutes still nobody came to us. Other customers and a group of people came in sat down opposite of us. Twenty minutes later our waitress waited on that group and walked past us. We decided to leave which we did and I called back to speak to a manager. I spoke to Riley who was very professional and explained our situation. The service was great. The food was terrible and took an hour. I ordered the ribeye and coconut shrimp. Ribeye was well done instead of medium like I ordered it. Shrimp was also well done. And well done, shrimp is never good. My waitress got my meal taken off my bill, but I would have preferred good food.

We rarely eat at the bar when we go to a restaurant, but I am glad we did. Our service was great. Hannah was probably the best waitress/bartender I have ever had. Very efficient and happy. I can honestly say I have never left a positive review but I felt like the service was that good.

Hickory Outback sucks!!! Only thing that was good was the bread. Service sucked as well.
