My best friend and I had the pleasure of dining at OutbackSteakhouse on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for dinner. The food was great, however, the customer service from our server Koda awesome. Koda, attended to our needs and was on point with his service. Not only did he provide awesome service to us, but to all the diners he served. I feel it's important to always let the server and manager know when great customer service is provided, which we did. Servers have a hard position and when you come across one who goes above and beyond, let them know verbally and by leaving them a great tip. Koda is one of those servers. We had a fantastic server named Dani! Despite the restaurant being busy on Mother's Day, she was attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped up. She even went above and beyond by providing sauce for our Bloomin Onion to-go. We highly recommend asking for Dani during your visit - we certainly will next time!
Sean was the best server we’ve ever had at Outback! He was attentive and anticipated our needs. Truly a servant at heart! We had stopped coming to this Outback location, but we’re so glad we gave it another try. The manager clearly cares about this restaurant! We will definitely be returning!
We had an excellent experience on this visit. Food was prompt. Service efficient. Steaks came out perfectly. Although our baked sweet potato was cooked properly, other sides were edible but mostly uninspired and 'meh '. We didn 't have apps, drinks, or dessert.

Had a wonderful evening here for a dinner out. Food is as promised on the menu. The real star of our evening though was our waiter, Koda. Friendly, polite and prompt. He made us feel like we were a VIP table on a very busy night. Thank you!

Outback in Owings Mills has the best bartenders! They are incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Shawn is truly the best bartender I've ever encountered!
