My spouse and I came here. I got a martini, glass of White wine, a dozen oysters, and the lobster bisque. The oysters were delicious, the wine was refreshing, and the bisque was the perfect blend of tomato, cream, and spices. And the lobster meat was delectable. Additionally, our server, Carrie, was incredibly kind. She also was very personable and kind. My spouse and I are using this trip as a belated 10 year anniversary celebration. And this restaurant was another amazing addition to our trip. Thank you, Oyster Bar, for the delicious food, refreshing drinks, warm atmosphere, and top notch service!
We arrived at 5:30 on a Tuesday, and the jazz band provided a delightful and relaxing ambiance. We chose to sit at the bar, where we received outstanding service. We've always wanted to give this place a try, and we're so glad we finally did. It will definitely become a regular spot for us from now on. The grilled oysters were exceptional, and everything else we tasted was equally fantastic. Their BBQ sauce is an absolute must-try!
Stopped in here because of a recommendation from a local, and WOW! I love fried oysters and these were without question the best I’ve ever had at a very competitive price. The menu offers quite a variety to suite any oyster fan. I sat at the bar and the bartender Brent was on point ..the perfect blend of personality, conversation, menu knowledge, wit and customer service. If you’re an oyster fan don’t miss this place.
FRESH is all one can ask for when dining out !! I took 3 clients from Beijing as a one off visit . The oysters were simply delectable we ordered 4 dozen . The oysters were flown in the happy hour each oyster was a dollar . No inflationary prices at this eatery . We also ordered the Lobster bisque and spicy gulf shrimp . Managment was exceptional and so was our delightful waitress . This is a Diamond place to eat .

We had a reservation for a Friday evening. They did not honor it and we had to wait almost a half hour for a table. Oysters were good, servers were friendly and the food was okay. The lobster bisque was very salty and didn’t have much lobster flavor. I ordered the fig ribs and was happy with them. The broccoli that was served with them wasn’t cooked enough though.
The food was incredible! Our waiter, Jason, was incredibly friendly and attentive to our food allergies. The manager also checked in to ask about our service, and we told them we would be leaving an excellent review! We really enjoyed the music and atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place!
Joy was an excellent server who provided us with plenty of information. The oyster shooters were fantastic, and the freshly shucked oysters were incredible! The shellfish pasta was also delicious. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I went here for dinner on a Saturday and was able to be sat outside right away. I started off with the Crispy Smoked Provolone as an appetizer. For the main meal, I ordered the Fish Tacos and Espresso Martini. All items were very delicious.

Fun place to go in downtown St. Pete. Oysters from the east coast are prepared in different styles. Other great items like the smoked fish spread. Mimosa and **** Mary brunch specials on the weekends. Friendly service and open late.
The shrimp and scallop pasta were undercooked and dry. Great customer service from Abby! The manager was very understanding about me not being satisfied with my meal and gave it to me on the house.
