I wasn 't planning to eat out tonight but was on my way home when a severe storm induced me to take shelter at Pacci 's. I had ordered pasta to go during the pandemic shutdowns and enjoyed it, but I 'm not eating bread or pasta right now so I figured I 'dhave an app or a salad or something. Enter the specials list, which included salmon with mixed vegetables. Perfect, if I couldjust be sure they wouldn 't overcook it. ???? I asked for medium rare even though it wasn 't a question offered to me. OMG, it wasthe best thing I 've eaten in weeks. The salmon was *perfectly* cooked, and the vegetables were tender and bright flavored with ahearty infusion of garlic. The mix of veg was great as well...

We were 2 adults and an 8 year old child, the food that was available was only buffet style, the food was visibly from the previous day! We spent $117 dollars to eat food from the previous day, I tried shrimp with bacon, impossible to bite because it was so hard! Being a person who lived in Italy for 11 years, I do not recommend this place! In fact, the environment is very hot, even with the air conditioning on! I can say that if I had known, I would have gone to Chipotle! I do not recommend it, $117 dollars and no drinks, just water! Worst place in Bethesda! Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to this restaurant since they were in downtown Silver Spring. I can tell that the food quality isn't the same anymore!!! Today I ordered gnocchi, which they used to make the best gnocchi!! I was very disappointed!!! ???? I ordered thetomato gnocchi with a breaded chicken!!! The gnocchi was very dry, and the breaded chicken tasted weird!! It wasn't fresh asused to be!!! What happened? Did you change management? Or is this a new owner? This restaurant used to be the best authenticItalian restaurant around this area, but not anymore!!!????

Our appetizers (the octopus and the mussels) were outstandng, and our white pizza with eggplant, mushrooms and anchovies was also delicious. Our only demerit was that the pizza, when it arrived at our table, was cold which we mentioned to the waitress (Olivia), whose service was excellent. She said she would mention it to the kitchen. l suspect it's a question of working on timing in the kitchen, so that a pizza is not sitting in the kitchen cooling while the guests are still working on their appetizers. We look forward to returing for future meals. Reserva una mesa ahora

I 'm giving them three stars because they appear to be restructuring their menu. Sadly this means no more beautiful, iltalian, all you can eat buffet. If you 've never experienced it,..you 've missed something special. This visit wasdisappointing. The food and service were not on point. We will visit again, my hopes are they realize how much the buffet ismissed. I 'm getting ready to leave Chevy Chase, Maryland. I 'll talk to you all when I get settled. Stay safe all thetime,..everywhere.

This place was recommended by Tom Sietsama in the Washington Post; I was in the area so decided to check it out. Pizza is super soggy right out of the oven (I dined in so can't blame on it sitting in a to go pizza box). A Diet Pepsi with no refills cost$3.75 which seems excessive, especially when I asked for a Diet Coke and wasn't told that they didn't have it. Do notrecommend!!!!

We ordered the shrimp limone and calamari as appetizers, along with the mushroom truffle pizza. Everything was delicious. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the pleasant weather. We arrived early, so there were quite a few young families, which made it a bit noisy, but overall it was a lovely evening. The restaurant has a lot of charm and a nice atmosphere.

This charming restaurant gives you the impression of being miles away from DC. I'd love to return to try the pizza, but I found the pasta dishes a bit disappointing—too heavy and lacking in flavor despite being smothered in sauce. Reserva una mesa ahora

Appeals to couples as well as families looking for creative as well as basic Italian cuisine in a quaint repurposed post office. Doesn't get much better as a neighborhood gem.
