This country pub is a little bit hidden away, but really easy to find. It's quite a big place with plenty of seating inside and a lovely outdoors seating area with even a place to tie up your horse and feed it. There was a good selection of drinks incl' real ales) and something on the menu to satisfy just about everyone. The food was good quality pub grub, and was served promptly and hot by friendly helpful staff. Prices were fair £20 for a pint and main course). Definitely worth a visit.

I hit this lovely country pub twice in one day last week. Lunch with girlfriends and then date night! Both time slots were gorgeous. Great location, sun was out! Friendly locals, lovely food and cold drinks. Staff on both shifts super friendly. Shout out to Sky our very smiley waitress on the afternoon shift, a real sweetie despite the hot weather and busy beer garden. Can't recommend this country pub enough!

Staff quite rude, as we sat in a reserved table, no sign what so ever on table. Ordered food at bar, Left no tip, Mushy peas just about warm, Chips had been cooked lots of times, all hard and dark brown, fill of fat, just had them left over, and put them on my plate to get rid of them. Fish was just OK 2 mins longer would of been better, Lemonade was nice

This restaurant is great for a sunny day out with fascinating landscape and gorgeous food. Staff were welcoming towards us and service was fantasticles. Would greatly recommend. Only negative was the small car park and the other option is a steep walk up. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sunday lunch was delicious, generous portions the Sunday roast for 2 could easily have fed 3 adults. Staff were very attentive and meals served quickly. Excellent valie for money, well worth a visit.

Lovely place, food was delicious, staff are friendly and helpful, as a party of 15 we were all well catered for and well looked after. Will definitely visit again

Decent food and friendly staff. Busy on Sunday but managed to fit us in. Good value.
