As a repeat patron of La Chasse, we wanted to try the new spring French menu. Wow! We had a hard time picking appetizers and entrees. My wife went for the mussels to start. Nice plump mussels in a omg garlic cream broth. The pommes frites served with the mussels were excellent also. I tried the foie gras. The foie gras was tasty, but as always, I wished there was more. My wife went with the chicken chausseur, and almost picked up the bone to have a final gnaw. She said delicious . I went with the duck la 'orange. The orange sauce was killer! It came with the gruyere dauphinois potatoes, which were fantastic. La Chasse just keeps us coming back.
Significantly overpriced for the quality of food. I feel like the scallops we had were on the bleeding edge of being undercooked. The sweet potato and beans that they were pulled upon did not go with the dish. Overall, a very bland and uninspiring effort.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The server was very attentive and the drinks and food were outstanding. It's a cozy place to enjoy a lovely evening, with the added bonus of easy parking.
The food and service were excellent as always. I enjoy arriving early and sitting at the bar. The new menu is fantastic, featuring a great selection of new choices along with some old favorites.

Food was great as well as the service. Our only issue was the noise level. Thus is not a good spot fot an intimate dinner. We were there for our anniversary. We will return again.
This place has become one of my favorite restaurants in Louisville! Drinks were great, loved the bread and mussels! The salmon was fantastic! 5/5 starts! Definitely coming back!
One of our favorites when we come to Louisville. Always at the top of their game never a disappointment. Staff is always friendly and inviting. Food is superb.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The Bone-in pork chop special was amazing!
