Paulin designs tasty and beautiful breads! ,difficult to choose between the little spelt, the complete, the nut and also the olive kalamata!! and all the others! As well as the two brioches that with olive oil, tender and light, or the more classic with butter, comforting! And in terms of comfort I forgot the little cocoa!! this perfume of leaven that fills the bread bag and drawer!! a pleasure of the senses that lasts. And Paulin also thinks of our health by using good local and organic flours, farmers and millers respectful of the earth. A happiness to encourage this work with pleasure!

the reception is pleasant, the products are of quality. This baker undoubtedly loves his profession. has my meaning, so very subjective, I grant it, bread is an important symbol: work and sharing. flour, water, yeast, some salt and gestures that pass from father to son (work). for sharing, a stick of c-bread is very expensive. more expensive than a litre of petrol! the wand must be a call product to bring the customer to consume other products (viennoiseries and other pastries). I'm afraid the rates practiced make this experience no further.

I see surprisingly a lot of negative opinions about this bakery. Personally, I find the bread very good. There may not be a lot of choice because it is fresh and organic bread. That's good. For the price it is perhaps a little high. But given the taste of the products, it is justified.
