5 Stars to the Management tonight — My husband made a mistake and ordered take out for the wrong location (our mistake! . By the time my husband was able to drive out to the further location, it had been three-ish hours from placing the original order. The Lorton manager was kind enough to offer a fresh pizza. Just wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and kindness as I gratefully enjoy this long-awaited HOT pizza :
I ordered a burger and specifically requested no mayonnaise by writing "No Mayo" in the comment section and also removing the mayo option from my online order. However, when I received my delivery, there was mayonnaise on both sides of my sandwich! I'm really disappointed. I would like a refund or a replacement burger without mayonnaise.
I had an amazing experience at Paisano Lorton thanks to Darius! He made sure all my items were included in my order and double checked everything. He even went the extra mile by coming outside to make sure I had my sauce for my entree. This was the best customer service I have ever received! This is definitely my favorite location!
Needed a quick bite to eat on the way home, so I figured I'll try this place since Dunkin Dounuts nest door to the had no donuts. I must say that the food was scrumptious. The manger on duty was absolutely cool. I recommend this place to eat Reserva una mesa ahora
My favorite place. My pizza is always made with love, just the way I like it! I miss seeing my buddy here : still my #1 pizza restaurant in the area. I introduced my coworkers to Paisanos!
This place is the top pizza shop in the area without a doubt. Anyone giving less than 5 stars must be living under a rock.
The pizza is delicious, but I've repeatedly requested anchovies and keep receiving artichokes instead. That's just absurd!
