We used to go go paisans every Friday with our kids before the pandemic. They have a lot of food options and we like the ambience. Last night we went for my husband's birthday his pick! We waited for about 15 20 minutes before someone came to the table. The waiter was new and it was clear he had a lot to learn still. He was very kind and wanted to do a great job. After sitting for about 30 minutes now with drinks, but two of them were incorrect, I decided to go find a manager. In the meantime there were usually 2 3 staff standing around, but not looking for opportunities to help. The manager was great! He stepped in, grabbed us correct drinks and made sure our order was in. He checked on us...
Normally, we are very pleased with our meals and service. This time the dinner was off. The chicken parmigiana was over cooked, we asked if there was tomato in the rice bowl dish, assured there was not and it had salsa on it. I asked to have no onion and that the salmon be blacked- onions and plain salmon. We asked for our soup to go and we never got it. We brought friends with because we typically have a good meal at Paisans, sadly not that meal.
The shrimp appetizer was rubbery and possibly frozen shrimp. The pizza's took forever and the taco pizza was a mere veggie pizza with jalapenos and hamburg thrown in. Sorry, but Caseys quick shop taco pizza is WAY better. Boneless chicken wings and our fries came out 10 minutes AFTER the pizza. Server never asked us how the food was. First and last time we will eat there.
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The pizza and loaded fries were both delicious. Our server, Mercedes, was exceptional; she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic visit. It was family night on Friday, and a magician entertained guests at each table, adding to the fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a great place with a lovely vibe.

We always look forward to dining at Paisan's. The Cobb Salad is both beautiful and delicious, and their pizza is simply the best! I tried the Mango Mojito and highly recommend it; in my opinion, the mango version is far superior to the strawberry. But as they say, opinions vary! Thanks to the Paisan's team for another wonderful dinner.
We always have a good time at Paisans. Employees Lavar and Mercedies were great! The food and drinks are always good. We used to enjoy this location 2 to 3 times a month, but prices keep getting higher so now unfortunately we only go once a month.
Overall very good. Pizza was great! I like the option to reserve a table. Our server was nice but forgot out breadsticks and was confused when I asked for a large half cheese half pepperoni. He was pretty bad at getting myself and kids refills.
Acoustics are not great. When you have a table of only adults it might be nice if there was a section that was quieter . Although food is very good, it it one of the most expensive places for a burger that I've seen.

I have visited Paisan several times before, but this is the first time I tried the deep dish pizza and it was delicious and our service was wonderful and our waiter was very attentive. Thank you!
