We were strangers to Troyes and found Palais d'Asie by accident as we were on our 3rd circuit of the city centre on our motorbike. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The owner/manager spoke a little English and made sure we knew what we were ordering. The food was fresh, hot and plentiful. So much that we skipped dessert and had a nice surprise when our order of 2 cappuccinos arrived as 2 irish coffees with whipped cream on top (they were very yummy though so we didnt complain). You should not stop at the exterior appearance and decoration of the restaurant that would deserve a big refreshment. Very few people inside, so you will be quiet to taste your dishes. It is in the kitchen that the interest of the place lies. Indeed, the dishes are mostly homemade and are not elsewhere. Nems are very good and quality dishes. The service is correct and the value/price ratio is good. I recommend if you are looking for quality Asian cuisine.
Walked in as I wanted Chinese food. Seated quickly by a very friendly manager. Looked around and only 1 other couple in the large restaurant. Order taken quickly by friendly staff. Food came in a reasonable time and tasted good. Staff spoke a good level of english, so easy to engage with them. Decor tasteful and in good state. Great range on menu. Priced extremely reasonably. This restaurant should definitely be higher on trip advisor!
the kitchen is good but the service and the accommodating leaves to be desired meals with ac family children arrive at 22h , 15mn before having the card 15mn before we take the order and I asked that everything arrives at the same time 45mn later I only have 2 dishes and the rest ? 30 minutes later only it happens . the servers pull a 10metres long trunk when you laugh it is nice.While the room was not full.

the restaurant offers an important choice of Asian dishes. We found the dishes tested bold and unspoiled. However, the amount is on the date. The boss is great: welcoming, helpful, commercial. On the other hand, the waitress who overthrows products and does not clean, with a relative sympathy and that we always feel like disturbing, spoils the whole evening.
We often go to this Asian restaurant. it is in the middle but without more, do not expect great kitchen. However, prices are correct and staff very welcoming. If you don't want to spend too much, take the menu at 14,20 euros.
difficult to give a full opinion on an Asian restaurant so the choice is important. We took a bun, a dish we know well. They were very well trimmed and very good. nice service.
The service is a little long but it's worth waiting. The kitchen is fresh, good, homemade. The establishment is very clean. I've enjoyed myself for a very reasonable price.

a welcoming staff, very nice waiters but a pretty fade kitchen and portions not so large.
