We visited on Sunday, September 10th with our son and his friend. Unfortunately, the young man at the laser tag area seemed less than enthusiastic about the guests (i.e., the kids). The other staff member managing ticket redemption was equally unfriendly. It felt as if these employees either disliked their jobs or had no patience for children. In a role where guest experience matters greatly and encourages return visits, these employees fell short. I work for a company that prioritizes guest satisfaction, and I doubt these staff members would last a week there. We took our family to Palasad South for a classic bowling experience and had a great time. The combination of video games and bowling lanes brought back wonderful memories of the 90s. The food was tasty, and we were pleased with how clean the place was. However, I’d like to give a heads-up to future visitors: the Photo Booth by the entrance accepted payment but was not operational, and it was difficult to get a refund during peak hours. This was a minor issue in an otherwise great outing. Overall, it’s a fun place with a nostalgic atmosphere that my family and I really enjoyed!
I highly recommend this place if you're looking to go with a big group of friends, as there’s plenty to do that I haven't had the chance to try yet, and you definitely get your money's worth. I still want to check out their arcade and pool tables sometime. Overall, it’s just a wonderful place to relax if you’re in the area. Also, as a side note, please consider making the taco pizza a regular menu item! We had it tonight and it was absolutely delicious.
We've taken our oldest here to celebrate his birthday for a couple of years now and we highly recommend it! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food is consistently great, and there’s plenty of activities for both young kids and teenagers. Making a reservation was a breeze, and they followed up a few days later to ensure we were satisfied. We always are! And of course, not having to clean up our house after the party is a major bonus. I just wrapped up my 11-year-old daughter's birthday party at Palasad South, and it was fantastic! The kids had a wonderful time, and my daughter was thrilled. A huge thank you to Palasad South! I want to give a special shout-out to our host, Kenzie, who was absolutely incredible. The service was top-notch, and she was great with the kids. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another celebration!
We visited for dinner, and everything was fantastic. Our waitress was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely, accompanied by nice music. It was certainly busy, being a Saturday evening. The food was delicious as well. Next time, we plan to do more than just have dinner since there are so many activities available, and bowling is my favorite! We will definitely be coming back. We sent the kids to go bowling while my wife and I enjoyed some drinks and ordered our food. It's a great spot if you have children and want to get out for some fun. The laser tag area is spacious and very entertaining. The pizza can be a bit expensive for what you receive unless you visit on half-off days, but overall, all the food on the menu is of good quality.
We had a great time at Palasad, enjoying a few fun-filled hours with our teenagers. We tried everything they had to offer: laser tag, bowling, and the arcade, and all of it was a blast! We celebrated my father's 70th birthday at the Palasad and had a wonderful experience. The room rental process was smooth, and the food was delicious.
