Chatime - Reserva de mesa

Chatime was the very first place I tried bubbletea and is now my last choice. I just wanna say that as a Bubbletea and Pearl (tapioca ball) connoisseur.. I’ve always been disappointed with Chatime’s Pearls. I’ve tried to have them time and time again and there’s honestly no change. Stale, hard to chew and not enjoyable overall, lacking taste.When I compare it to Coco’s down the street the freshness can’t be compared. Mind you, the drinks themselves are decent.To top things off, they’ve switched over to PAPER STRAWS!!!!! Not the type of drink that’s ideal for paper straws especially with toppings…. Pretty disappointed.

Bubble teas are good, however, I expected more tasty compare to the other places. The good thing is that you can control the level of sugar in your order.The staff was nice, welcoming and polite.The place is pretty clean, cozy and well maintained.

Staff that took my order was rude and impatient it’s my second time back here with poor customer service and poor quality. The snacks from the first time I came here were good though. Do not recommend over other bubble tea spots in the city.

Drinks are good. Pearls are chewy. Highly recommend the Brown Rice Green Tea, it reminds me of sugar crisp cereal. 8/10 would definitely go again. Only reason I’m not giving a 10/10 is because they don’t have popping pearls anymore. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've never wasted a bubble tea before... but I did after purchasing one here. The pearl milk tea was very bitter and unpalatable. The staff were not rude per se but they also weren't friendly either. Overall, a poor experience.

Tried bobba cake for the first time , I can’t believe it’s this good . I love the drinks- salted caramel milk tea being my favourite.
