Palmettos On The Bayou

Today Sept.8 2024 my husband and I experienced was horrible. We look forward to brunch at palmetto once a month. Today's encounter was unprofessional. The hostess's did not greet us as we walked in so greeted them by letting them know we had a 10:45 reservation. They immediately walked us out but the host stop in the middle of the outdoor patio and said hold on one second leaving us standing in the middle of people eating. After 2mins I walked back to the hostess stand to fine the manager and three hostess talking. I asked what was going on and one of the hostess proceeded to walk me back outside to seat us. Once we got outside she wanted to seat us in the back of two parties at a four table...

My son and I went last night and ordered from the Tammany Taste of Summer menu. We both got Catfish Bonfouca. It was absolutely delicious. For dessert we got crème brûlée and bananas foster bread pudding. They were heavenly. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was excellent!Our first time there and we will definitely be back.

Jamie was our server, and she provided excellent service. The food was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the pleasant view—it made for a very enjoyable experience. I have a reservation on October 5th and can't wait to bring my son and granddaughter to celebrate our birthdays!

We had a birthday dinner there the service is very slow. The food was very cold was very unpleased very expensive after we told them the food was cold. All they can say was sorry manager never came apologize and was charged for the food that we had that was cold, very disappointing service would not recommend them !!! Reserva una mesa ahora

We enjoyed a lovely meal on the patio. The wait staff is exceptional and the food is great. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered there. The atmosphere is relaxing. The last time we went it was raining and I enjoyed the sound of the rain while we were dry and cozy under the patio.

Wanted an intimate birthday dinner and Palmetto's helped me to achieve it. From the ambience, to the attentiveness of the staff, teamwork at its finest, to the food. Everything turned out amazing. Beautiful!?

This is the best Sunday brunch buffet in the New Orleans Metro Area! I absolutely loved the food, music, and atmosphere. The frozen lemonade was the best I've ever had! I can't wait to come back!

It used to be a great place, but my last four visits have been disappointing, as the food has not been good. It's really a pity.

The most wonderful place to truly enjoy an excellent meal severed by an amazing staff! Highly recommend!!!
