Panago Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I ordered 3 pizzas online. They were 15-20 min late being made. When I arrived there were 4-5 teenage boys just hanging around by the till in regular skate clothes and 2 people making pizza?s. They were not wearing masks, nor keeping socially distanced. The 5 boys appeared to just be messing about by the till. Customer service was poor, and I eventually had to ask for my pizzas. The fellow before me, had to return to Panago as they gave him the incorrect pizza. Poor optics. Poor customer service.

We ordered 3 pizzas and they only got the order of one pizza correct. The pizza was hard like it had been made hours before. We live in the country so it wasn't an option to return to have the order redone. I asked for a refund and was refused. Just a credit. Won't buy from Okotoks Panago again. Terrible pizza.

They used their bare hands to grab Ceasar salad no gloves being worn touching products no handwashing between stations cross contamination is clear here. Try going to a different pizza place I wasted 25 dollars on a order I will not eat cause of them not following basic food safety. Especially during covid

Not recommend at all they forgot half our order wasn't ready when we picked up and when we went back for the rest of the order that wasnt ready when they said it would be no thanks or apologies. we wont order here ever again

Not sure what has happened to this place?was good a few years back we just ordered two large and they were as dry as ever! as if they were cooked a long ago?! and re heated. Next time I order pizza it will not be panago!
