Pancheros Mexican Grill

I used to frequent this restaurant often, but in the past 5 or 6 months, the quality has significantly declined. The staff is extremely rude, with some employees not even acknowledging customers and others appearing annoyed when interacting with them. The most polite person I encountered recently even spat on the floor while giving me my order. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant has also decreased, with a strong unpleasant odor present for the past few weeks. The smell can be best described as a combination of a dirty bathroom mop bucket and bleach floor cleaner.

Employees like to play games with your food. I accidentally ordered tacos without anything in it (just shells) on the website. They called and made it seem like it was a horrible thing I had done, but offered to make it how I wanted, which was great. When I picked up my food, there was two taco shells but only one had any contents in it. The cashier thought it was funny. There are plenty other places in the area the offer similar food without being rude.

So we did delivery. While I didn't expect the food to be hot when it got here, I didn't expect it to be cold either. I ordered steak quesadillas and half of it had steak and the other was all cheese. No sour cream or salsa in the bag either. My husband ordered a bowl and he thought his was OK.

Counter-style burrito place. Burrito was OK (thicker wrap and warmer would have been better). Chips were very good. Counter staff were friendly. Tables were clean, but not really pleasant to sit at. Didn’t “suggest” a tip, which is refreshing these days. Reserva una mesa ahora

I dashed there, unfortunately the food was not ready. I waited a few minutes. Not happy. I do not know how the food tasted. The place was clean and tidy and a few people were seated and seem to be enjoying their meal.

This location is great! Always quick service and the food quality never changes. Love their guacamole, probably one of my favorite in the area! They can get really busy on weekends or weeknights!

It's been a long time since I've had a decent Burrito. This place is so good. Will definitely be back. Way better than Chipotle

Always a fast and healthy choice! Queso and chips is a must. Hungry Man size portions. Steak or chicken burrito is the bomb!

Great food, Clean location, amazing staff. The best Pacheros in the local area.
