I waited in line for 12 minutes with three employees working. Initially, two were assisting a customer, but after that customer left, one went to the back, and the other poured himself a cup of queso before also disappearing. The third employee started focusing on online orders that had printed while I was standing there. Meanwhile, I was holding a screaming, hungry baby, and none of them acknowledged us, except for a strange moment when my wife managed to order a quesadilla. Pancheros is definitely one of my favorite dining spots, but my recent experiences at this location have been disappointing. A few weeks ago, I waited about 10 minutes while they prepared six to-go burritos, only to be told at the counter that they were out of burritos. Tonight, my husband and I arrived at 8 PM to find the line nearly closed, and we were fortunate the doors were even unlocked. Unfortunately, our food was made with limited, dried-up leftovers. The staff moves at an incredibly slow pace, regardless of how busy it gets. While the food is usually delicious, the service has been a letdown.
This is my favorite restaurant and has been for awhile but when we went in today at 8:30 they were out of tofu and had the last two tortillas on the grill for employee meals. As I left an employee locked the door behind me. I understand they were closing soon but the website says they are open until 9:00 and after driving 20 minutes to get there it was disappointing to see that we wouldn’t be able to be served.
Big order, found to be missing one bowl. Also both salads had no lettuce. Was told the order was correct and there was nothing they could do. Spoke to manager who said she personally put lettuce in the salads. I have pics of no lettuce in them. Told her I didn't want a refund, just the missing bowl. She hung up on me. F$ this place. Never going there again.

I will choose pancheros over chipotle any day... Better ingredients, real queso blanco, and something I think goes unnoticed but they mix up the ingredients in your burrito!! You have no idea how much better a burrito is when it's mixed together instead of taking huge bites of sour cream or whatever. More pancheros locations please!
If you’re craving Chipotle but find all the locations closed, this is the place to go. They have a menu that's quite similar, but with one standout feature: they cook the tortillas to order. There's nothing quite like a fresh tortilla!
Came here to order the doors were locked. I could see the employees inside. They made eye contact but never came to unlock the door. An explanation would be nice as it was 11:15a and the sign states they are open from 10:30a-9:00pm.
This place is not very professional the manager Erica is very rude a and they don't care about the customers will never come back and anyone I know better not go there as well. They need new staff at this location
