SR Pancho has now transformed into Las Margaritas. The restaurant adheres to all necessary COVID guidelines, and the service is efficient as the food arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and generous portions given the price. It’s definitely a great spot to visit with family or friends! While the service could use a little improvement, I still highly recommend checking it out if you're in town.
Overall, I was quite pleased with the food. While the tacos were slightly dry, they were flavorful and a bit of salsa enhanced them nicely. The beans and rice could have been more seasoned, but they weren't bad. The chips and salsa were excellent—fresh and tasty. The restaurant itself was a bit on the small side, but it had a comfortable atmosphere, beautiful decor, and great music.
This restaurant is under new ownership and has been changed a good bit. The salsa is excellent and we had Pineapple Fijitas with shrimp which were excellent. We ended the meal by trying their chocolate cake. Everything exceeded our expectations and as a Veteran I would like to personally thank them for supporting Veterans with a Veterans discount.

The food was very tasty, and the service met my expectations. I ordered the special rice with steak and cheese, but I was taken aback by the small portion size given the price.
The food was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. Although the prices are on the higher side, that seems to be the trend everywhere nowadays.
I was truly impressed by the quality of the food. This was my second visit today, and once again, everything was exceptional. The flavors were amazing!
