When I reached the cash register, the cashier informed me that the free meal was only for a kids' meal. I explained that I had communicated my order clearly to the staff member who served me, but she mentioned that the person helping was new. I also questioned the main staff member who had assisted me. I could have asked them to return the large entrée, but I figured I'd just eat some since I hadn’t ordered anything for myself.

I ordered a bowl and plate today. The plate was supposed to be peppered steak and shrimp. I got home and realized I only had 2 very thin pieces of steak and all peppers. Noodles was very dry and I had to stir them in the juice from the peppers just to get some flavor. This was my first time visiting this location and was quite disappointed. Troy location is my usual go to and I think I’ll stick with them. However, the staff was very friendly just not what I was looking forward to when I had Panda Express in mind for lunch.
I completely understand that certain menu items may be unavailable, but it would have been more appropriate to inform me of this before asking me to pay—with no refund options. I didn't appreciate being asked to pay and then being forced to pick something I didn't want.
To the store manager: if you're reading this, I hope you realize that this situation falls on you, as it reflects the standards you set for your employees.
I always come to this location because of how incredibly nice the staff is and the speedy service!! I come here twice a week and I always see a younger gentleman and young lady there. They are very nice and always ask me to sample the food. 10/10 place my go to!!.

Best location in Michigan!!! The food is always hot and fresh. I always receive great service. The chicken is always tender and not dried out. My favorite is the orange chicken with the lo mein noodles. It’s very tasty and you get a lot of food for a good price.
This place was soooo good 10/10 service. The guy helping me was so helpful I think his name was Luke. He had me sample some of the dishes and had a great attitude. The store was also very clean!!
The food was great, and the portion sizes were just right. The service was quick and attentive. However, I noticed that the prices have increased since our last visit.
