I ordered a two plate entrée from here through uber eats I clearly put in the order that I would like half chow mein and half rice. I received all rice which was hard and overcooked. Also the broccoli was soggy and overcooked in my plate. These establishments are charging huge prices for these entrées but not delivering what is actually ordered. There needs to be accountability. I will not order from here again ? ?
Are you seriously telling me that I spent almost $70 here and can't get a refund because your drink machine is not working and no one was aware of it? I paid for drinks, and then you had the nerve to say to my face, "We don't do refunds in-store, but there's a number on the drink machine I can call"? That's just ridiculous!
Almost threw up after hearing “Kai” talk about how she had to go home early cause she was sick but was still allowed to work the line, talk over people’s food , and not have on gloves while doing so. The line was long, which just goes to show how good their food is at reasonable prices. They had run out of orange chicken, so I had to choose a different entree. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Camp Creek Parkway area. The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is excellent every time I visit. Although it can get busy at times, I don't mind waiting—it's definitely worth it!
The food was not up to par, and we experienced a long wait due to very slow service. There was a line out the door for no apparent reason other than the delays. On the bright side, the ambiance was pleasant.
This is the cleanest Panda Express restaurant that I have seen. The owner manager is a very nice and friendly person. She answered and showed me whatever I needed help with. I rate them 10000×
