The food is okay, but some of the workers are incredibly rude. I've had family members and they know the rules etc. The workers won?t listen to everything you demand. Once they forgot a whole record and I had to go back home to pick it up. You might be less careful that it happened that they would even reimburse me for my problems. The manager of this restaurant is exceptionally poor. I witnessed them calling two different individuals to come in for work too late, which is unacceptable. This manager behaves like a dictator and is incredibly rude, not only to the guests but also to the employees. It creates a truly unpleasant environment for dining. During a dinner rush, with more than five customers in line and no online orders fulfilled, the manager was seen pulling staff away from their prep work just to handle the customers directly. Only spent 19 mice on a 3 side and rice and a bowl for my wife, This is the spicy beef before I even ate it I saw it and thought it looks a little old. Try it and it? as rough as it is days old it taste?s terrible the consistency of it is terrible, the rice was hard and old too! The beef broccoli was old and hard and also chew?. How do you serve me old dirty food? It is sad to see that this becomes the new normal in the food chain, young workers carelessly and simply accuse all chaos of labor shortage. Placed my order at 943 pm online and paid for it. Arrived at 10pm as my food was supposed to be ready at 955 pm. Waited till 1015 to get my food after watching everyone walk in and walk out with their food. The online ordering is a joke. I asked 3 times for my order and kept getting an excuse that the noodles were not done. BS, the guy was busy filing walk in orders and after all that, I was missing my grilled chicken when I got home. Save yourself time and frustration by just walking in and ordering. Ordered my food online and got there at 6:10pm when it said my order would be ready. I left without any food at 7:20pm because it seemed like it was never going to be made. Paid for food I didn?t even get. All the while, people were able to walk inwithout online orders and leave within 5 minutes. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews about restaurants but this washands down the WORST experience with a restaurant I?ve ever had. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would be spamming thatbutton ????????

Went in still an hour until closing. They were busy pans were low/empty. Employees running everywhere (scattered). Paid before we got our order and had to wait for order to be filled, then the employee tried to hand me only part of my order he didn't really know what I actually ordered. Got home realized items were missing, disappointed with portions (pretty skimpy for an over $40 order) kungpao chicken mostly vegetables. tried to call and a couple times and no one answered.

I placed an online catering order and ended up needing it sooner than I expected. I called the restaurant, and Rae assisted me. When I arrived to pick it up, she had everything ready and packed. She was incredibly kind, especially considering how busy they were, and she went above and beyond to help me. She truly deserves a 5-star rating. The food was fantastic as well and made my lunch a great success!

So very disappointed in our meal. We had NEVER had a bad meal at Panda Express. We ordered the family meal so with delivery our meal was just shy of $60. The shrimp was either hours old or overcooked. It was so har we had great difficulty eating it?the fried rice was crunchy? we were extremely disappointed. I visited on a particularly busy night when the restaurant was short on both menu items and staff. However, their communication was excellent, and the team worked efficiently to manage the line. One young man even went the extra mile by running outside to deliver the Teriyaki sauce I had forgotten!
