As someone who is new to the area, I’ve previously enjoyed dining at Panda Express in other states. However, my recent visits to this location have been disappointing. It’s quite frustrating to wait about 45 minutes for your food, only to discover that many items are out of stock. I’ve visited three times, arriving just 45 minutes before closing, and each time I've found my options to be very limited. Tonight, the lo mein I got appeared old and had a gummy texture with little flavor. Unfortunately, I think I’ll be looking for other dining options in the future.
I'm new to the area but I've then take out of Panda Express in other states I've lived. But what kind of restaurant about 45 minutes before they close stops making food and just tells you this is what we have but the time I get off of work I've gonethere now three times 45 minutes before they close and I have to choose from what they have left over tonight the lo meinactually seemed like it had been sitting in the bowl for a really long time it was very rubbery and chewy and no flavor I thinkI'll just stop going there as my dinner after work
I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, and the line moved at a reasonable pace. The orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein were delicious, just like always. My daughter ordered the shrimp with white rice and had no complaints. The restaurant was very clean, including the tables. There is seating available both indoors and on the patio. They were also preparing takeout orders simultaneously, which slowed things down a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Your staff is absolutely exceptional! They put in a lot of effort and always welcome customers with warm smiles. However, I've realized that I haven't seen any managers during my last five visits. I understand that hiring can be difficult for everyone at the moment. My suggestion during these challenging times is to ensure that you provide solid support to your team!

We had a wonderful dinner overall. However, not every entree from the restaurant was available for online ordering. Our food was ready exactly when promised. I asked about fortune cookies and was told that they were included, but regrettably, we discovered at home that they were missing. On a brighter note, the cream cheese wontons were absolutely delicious!
On November 1, 2021, the cashier and server, Jennifer L, was fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful meal and provided me with options that allowed me to enjoy great food while sticking to a tight budget. As a business major, I truly appreciate that kind of service.
The restaurant is conveniently situated within a shopping plaza, just across the street from another large shopping center. Access is straightforward, making it easy to reach. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious.
Omg, I'm never disappointed with the food here. The participants are very helpful and friendly. I feel that I always get great portions, no matter what plate size I choose.
