I wish I had paid attention to the reviews before visiting this location. I've frequented various Panda Express restaurants in Southern California for years, but this was my first experience here—and it was awful! I literally signed up for Yelp just to share my thoughts on this place.
I ordered the bigger plate, which includes three entrees. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of all my food, but you can see that the sesame chicken portion was minimal and the pieces were quite small. The beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli, featuring only three tiny pieces of beef, each about the size of a nickel. The Black Pepper Angus steak, which you pay extra for, had just four small pieces of steak...
This place is a complete mess. there was a manger in the kitchen that I don 't think can handle a rush. She was so rude, she offered me a drink for the more than 30 minute wait for 1 plate from my 8 plate order while my other 7 were getting cold. There was no organization. When she asked if I wanted a drink for the wait I said yes and pointed at the refreshers they had in the front and was quick to laugh rudely and said not these, yeah they are are like 4$, expensive while chuckling. That sentence alone would have been cut and it could have been said nicely that that were not a drink I was able to get even though my bill was more than 70$. Her 4$ drink would have left the chain in debt I bel...
Service here is slow waited 20 minutes to order food while the server was ignoring the backed up line in the store to do multiple online orders, then the meat i wanted was dry and looked like it had been sitting there all day not touched and they didn't want to make more, then to top that off heaven forbid you ask them for sauce. I asked for teriyaki sauce for my multiple orders of teriyaki chicken and the cashier reluctantly threw 2 small packets of sauce in my bag he couldnt even hand it to me even though i reached for it !
Wow! went in Ordered 9 plates, asked for sauce to go around, end up w 3 teriyaki and like 2 sweet sour. Smh opened up to eat......and skimpy meat. Wish they were looked at like the one near Rosemead Walmart smh, this is a low quality spot. Rather drive the extra miles for better service. Skimpy people act like it comes out their own pocket.

7:30pm Saturday night. Nice kids working there...the guy at counter doing everything. Friendly and helpful...but food orders were not packed like the other places. Not all food trays were full. No toilet paper and poo in toilet. Best to do take out. Don't use bathroom.
The food was absolutely delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the cardboard plates. I suggest considering a change, as they tend to get soggy and break easily.
The chow mein had too many onions and lettuce; it felt like I was just eating a bowl of onions. I won't be going back.
Are you going to help losing my weight? I paid $11.36, Panda gave me 4 pieces orange chicken and half fried rice.

The food is delicious! I highly recommend trying the teriyaki chicken.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
