Panda Express - Reserva de mesa

I will never visit a Panda Express again. I should have went to wing stop but I wanted something quick. Anyway, I ordered a bowl at first and she put the most smallest portions I?ve seen in and for over $7. It should have been more, so I told her to switch it to the plate so I could at least feel full. It was $2 more than the plate. The food is NASTY! It was bland, even the sauce. The broccoli wasn?t even good. I?m so disappointed and now I?m forced to east this tasteless food because I paid for it. I can believe they messed up the teriyaki chicken like this. I?m so sad. Oh I forgot, another thing I didn?t like it you have to order 2 meats with the plate. Why?

The customer service of Ricardo in food serving was absolutely unprofessional and with a really bad attitude. He must not like his job from what I saw, he dropped the pen on top of the counter with an attitude after writing on the customers plates. Poor work ethics. And also he was talking about customers in a low tone of voice to his coworkers. Also didn't received enough portions.

The manager, Omar, is rude and unprofessional. The customer service is terrible, and I will not be returning. I can't understand how someone so unprofessional can hold a management position. We were missing forks and I had to repeatedly ask for hotter sauce, which was frustrating. His behavior came across as greedy and stingy. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

During my recent visit, the restaurant was quite crowded. I noticed that the menu has changed, and prices have gone up for the same items I used to order. The food remains consistently decent. We had a fantastic experience, and the service was impressively quick—fast and furious, as I like to joke! Seriously though, they are quicker than many other Panda restaurants. My kids and I love the food, and we enjoy eating here regularly.

I ordered fried rice, but the rice weighed like burned plastic, mixed with rice? I just made a fight to get my $19.00 back on my card, did I have to throw away all the food? I'll never go there again. "Thanks was I not getting?

Food was ok despite the orange chicken had mostly breading ? On Top of all that one of my Fortune Cookies didn't have a fortune paper in it . That's the very first time I've seen something like this ? UNBELIEVABLE
