No one even greeted us standing there after 3 minutes, and yes, they saw us. I got three ducks and one was low. You said it was out. I waited. Nothing. So I asked about my other articles so that we can sit and start. Every single table was dirty and all garbage buckets were over. After I was finished and ready to go, I realized that I never got my other duck. So good 20-25 minutes have passed and they never brought it to me. I had to get what's good, but then I had to prove that I paid and didn't get it before they gave it to me. The same people still worked when I ordered and paid! Everything around, no good experience!
I went to this location and waited around 30 mins for the family feast deal. When I got home I realized they forgot an entire chicken meal white rice. I immediately called the location and was told they would put my name on a list to comp this mistake and no receipt necessary. Today I went through the drive through and told them above and the manager said they could not help me. Good times.
Drive thru staff were absolutely great! But they let us wait more than the time they told us and we had to go, but we waited, we are not out of the area, but the drink was without a straw for beginners the soda tasted strangely the orange chicken didn't even taste like orange chicken I was to other Panda Express and the food is always so good, but this disappointed me
So masked in there. We couldn't understand what the lady said behind the counter. Hasn't seen a single smiling employee. The manager didn't let my wife get the bottle water my daughters eat with. The food was okay, not great. I think cooked with anger instead of love. Don't come here to the friendly nice staff. You will find blunt pants and masks everywhere.
