The food at Panda Express was quite good and even surpassed my expectations. The orange chicken was crispy and flavorful, while the honey walnut shrimp was sweet and perfectly cooked. The cream cheese wontons and roasted rice were decent, though they could benefit from some additional spices. Overall, Panda Express offers solid food for a chain restaurant. However, the customer service was disappointing. The first server was fine, but it was clear the second server was unhappy to be there, as she forgot to give my friend her change, which was frustrating. I’d recommend coming for the food, not the service.

The service was horrible (via delivery). I tried to put in a guest order, only for me to get charged twice. Then when it came to the real order, they had me waiting for an hour because an hour would have been the time they delivered my order. After an hour,it was then that they wanted to deliver my order (before that, I tried calling the store many times only for the caller to beapathetic and refusing to listen to my point). At that time, I was fed up with this restaurant?s poor service to the point thatI just decided to cancel the order all together.

After waiting an hour—the expected delivery time—I finally received the correct order. Despite my repeated calls to address the issue, they only decided to deliver after that long wait. Due to the frustrating experience, I ended up canceling my order altogether. This incident has definitely affected my view of their menu.

I will never order from Panda Express again. The quality has seriously declined. I paid a premium price (double premium for two servings) for the walnut shrimp, but the portion size was completely disappointing. I’m paying extra for a standard portion—how is that acceptable? Check the receipt and photos that clearly show how little shrimp was actually included, yet the cost was still charged as part of the premium menu items.
Will never order from this location again. Legitimate rip off. I am completely ok paying the premium (double premium for two servings) for the walnut shrimp but Im not ok getting totally screwed on portion size. I?m paying more FOR the normal portion,how do they not get that? See receipt and photos comparing the shrimp portion (this is TWO portions, by the way) againfactoring in the premium cost with the other plate.
This place is the bee's knees, fresh, flavorful, variety, the only chinese food I eat and trust, effing amazing!!!!!! I love coming here I wish they had one near my house in Gaithersburg , also they have brown rice for being healthy! Love it
I always enjoy visiting Panda Express. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff are very friendly. The menu offers fresh food that’s available even during busy hours. You can rely on having a great experience every time.

Panda Express offers friendly staff and a clean, convenient location with fast service. The menu features pretty good fast-food Chinese options with generous portions. However, I wouldn’t recommend the veggie rolls.
I love that Panda Express. The place is always clean and the people are very nice. The food is always fresh and ready even when there is a crowd. They never disappoint.
