I ordered online through an app, I get there to pick up my food and the mean Arabian lady didn't give me all off my order and when I ask about it she got an attitude.My other bag was just sitting on the table. Update 4/29/22: The panhandling here has become a huge problem, and the managers allow it. I was also just told today, no more tap water for free. Was discussing with the checkout guy how messed up it is to sit at a restaurant with a $16 bill and not get complementary water, he forgot to give me a receipt. Your meal is supposed to be free, says the sign. He refused and said he gave it to me and I lost it. I insisted, got told they will prove it on the cameras. I wasn't going to fight about it, I wanted to eat. So much for customer service! Quick and easy, and the food is always good and about what you expect. Only thing I say about this place is based on your race, will sometimes determine the portion of food they give you, I've been to two of these places, here and San Leandro and seen someone get more food that's either Spanish or just not black. Dude before spoke Spanish and they filled his place with some much chicken Rice. Maybe he's a regular but again, I've been to two of these panda Express...and I've came to this location more than 10 times over 5 years..they need more diversity in staff at more of these locations of blacks..I'll just point out how it makes me feel as a customer, it's just more worth it to eat someone where you can see the equal give, I won't bother eating at panda Expre...
I often make a stop here after shopping at one of the stores within the East Bay Bridge shopping area. The food is tasty and sometimes when you are trying to make up your mind the serving staff will offer you a nibble of one of the entrees. I appreciate the different sizes, from bowls to platters for different appetites. There is a nice sized seating area for those who wish to dine in. And the staff that I’ve encountered have been helpful and attentive.

The food is consistently good and the portions generous. The counter workers are helpful. The only downside is some of the rough people that hang in the parking lot and on the corner, especially when it's slow and there aren't a lot of others around. When I'm alone, I feel somewhat vulnerable. I guess that's why Panda doesn't stay open later.
I've never received such small portions here. It's like the store is hemorrhaging money and this employee was trying to make it all back by shorting
The honey walnut shrimp was fresh and not overcooked. Overall, the food was fresh, and the service was good.
