Panda Express - Reserva de mesa

Showed up here around 8 pm craving some Beijing beef. Had to wait for the beef to be made since there was only a partial portion. The wait time wasn't long at all, maybe 8 minutes max. We ordered our food and went thru the line pretty quickly. The problem was when we got home and looked at the receipt. We were charged the same amount for 2 meats and no sides, as we were with 2 meats and fried rice. We specifically asked for the cheaper version since we didn't want the extra sides since we had food to each at home and just needed meat. We also only received 3 rangoons in our order as well. All of the previous times, we have never only had 3 rangoons. What a bad taste in our mouth. No more pan...

830pm on Tuesday. Got a bigger plate and the servings were maybe half of what they should have been. Asked Brian the manager to make it right. He only had to say that they train the staff to portion it correctly. That was it. He did not even want to look at the tray of food. Absurd poor service. I usually go during the daytime and always get the right portions. Someone needs retrained starting with Brian and the evening staff.To top it off, the food was barely warm. Likely to fail a food safety inspection. If this happens again, I will tell them to keep it and refund my money.

The restaurant was out of a full portion of Walnut shrimp, so the employee served me the remaining portion with a different kind of shrimp. Another employee, further down the line said she isn’t supposed to do that and she couldn’t serve it to me. I would have to wait in line for them to finish cooking the remaining Walnut shrimp, despite the other food already being in my dish. I told them they could serve me my meal as is, or not at all. They refused to serve it to me, so I left without paying and the food went in the trash. Terrible customer service.

The service is slow here, the food looks over cooked and burnt first thing i did was sample the food… just horrible the cooks know they can’t cook i rather not eat here and get food poisoning. They need to hire all the good cooks from years ago when they had panda express in Annapolis Mall. Wish they were still there. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was good. The staff, on the other hand, were completely lacking common knowledge of their own menu and prices. They tried to charge 3 times what the price actually was listed. Argued with us about it. And refused to give us our food until we paid the extra. Hire competent people who care about the business.

Very busy. Long line. Several food containers were very low and if it’s the middle of the day why wouldn’t you have constant fresh dishes ready to refill? Some of my food was barely room temperature and some was very hot. There were several cooks working. Seemed unorganized but the workers were friendly.

The portions here suck. Panda Express used to be a great value but they're all slowly doubling the amount of rice they serve you while cutting the entree you order in half.It's just not worth it anymore

When you have that taste for Chinese food, this place will satisfy it. Heavy emphasis on the meat, light on the vegetables, which generally is opposite of what authentic Chinese cuisine is like. Reserva una mesa ahora

The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and sweet and the orange chicken was juicy and tender. The chow mein was a bit dry though. Pomegranate Pineapple Lemonade was bomb

So heccin yummy. The staff here are quick and kind. The sweetfire chicken is so good. Thank you
