We stopped by this Panda Express around 8 PM for some takeout. My husband is a fan of their chow mein, and I have to say, the service was impressively fast—we hardly waited at all. However, I was unsettled by something I witnessed while we waited for our order. An employee was cleaning the glass counter directly above the open food trays with a cloth while the food was still exposed. It made me uncomfortable to think about where the dust or cleaning spray might end up. Why would they clean the serving area while the food is out?
