I enjoy coming to this restaurant, but it is consistently understaffed. Most of the time, I have to wait for Beijing beef no matter how often I visit. They really need more staff during peak times, as I feel sorry for the workers who are stretched thin. I was called up for my food, only to find out it wasn't ready because I had to wait for the Beijing beef, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, I have no other complaints besides the understaffing and the constant unavailability of Beijing beef.
People can have their own opinions about this place based on their personal experiences, but I live on Ajax Avenue, and I genuinely believe this is one of the best Panda Express locations out there. The serving sizes are impressively generous, especially when it’s close to closing time—they really pile up your plate! Plus, they do a fantastic job of managing the crowds.

The staff at this restaurant seems to be providing poor customer service, almost as if they are working for free. They overfill the rice in their orders, and when you request them to remove some, it leads to unnecessary arguments and unfriendly glares that make you feel uncomfortable.

We visited the restaurant on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 and unfortunately, the food was not good. It was extremely spicy and had a bitter taste. The cook was Asian, and we have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant in the past. However, this time the food was very disappointing.
The service can be inconsistent—sometimes it's incredibly fast, while other times it’s quite slow. However, the slower service is often due to customers asking numerous questions or getting confused with their orders. Despite that, it's a fantastic place to eat!
Horrible first and last time I come here why would the restaurant be open if all you have to serve is rice and noddles Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody horrible service
