Panda Express is usually a decent choice for a quick meal, but on this rare occasion, it was the worst food I have ever eaten. I ordered the honey sesame chicken, expecting long pieces of chicken covered in honey and sesame seeds, but instead received dark brown, almost mushy chicken with no sesame seeds in sight. The taste was terrible, and I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. I tried the rice next, but it was cold, soggy, and tasted like water. Even the vegetables were bad. I'm not sure what went wrong with my order, but I definitely won't be returning after spending $12 on such a disappointing meal.
I'm trying to be the hardest patient. but they are the small things that are most important. especially come from someone who also manages a ff. I love panda not misunderstand me, but it is extremely frustrating when I ask for extra or certain things and they say okay and I expect it to be in the bag ... I also pay extra and a very good majority of time when I want something that I want is out, so please just double check her ordering and bags the additional 15 seconds that they take to double check will not hurt anyone.
I have been a loyal customer at Panda Express for 4 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken plate and was not satisfied with it when I received it. When I asked the manager to exchange it, she refused. I became frustrated and told her to keep it and that I would be visiting another Panda Express location instead. It's unfortunate that I have to find a new place to eat now because of their manager's attitude. Good luck to them.
This location seems to always rob me for the price. Too many times in a row, I've gotten very little amount of chicken in my bowls. Like seriously the amount for a toddler to be full off of. $8 for noodles and 4 pieces of good chicken with a few tiny batter pieces in sauce. I wonder if they give you what you deserve in your order if you round up and all that? Also- It's too many questions about rounding up I just want my food. But not here anymore

Not thorough with their orders, I ordered extra sauce I didn’t get, and their noodles are so dry I literally have to take a sip of water with every bite that’s how dry it is looks like no butter no soy sauce nothing on it just food coloring! I would’ve taken it back if It wasn’t busy and rush hour
If youre short staffed, hire people in at a higher rate. Heres how that logic works: you demand a supply of labor, while demand raises, so does the worth of the labor. I chose not to spend money at this establishment despite fighting tooth and nail to get here. Thats how unimpressed i am.
Panda Express is the worst. I ordered a plate and one side of it was missing. They gave me a plate filled mostly with rice and very few vegetables, maybe 4 pieces. It was not worth the $10 I spent.
1 Very rude worker was in a rush and speaking with attitude. You work in a restaurant have some patience and leave your problems at home. The rest of the workers are very respectful

One of the worst experiences. The quantity of the entree I got for all my bowls I had were too low. Worst customer experience ever. PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS STUPID PLACE.
$16, for chicken popcorn shrimp portion food.I would not recommend, food not good either.
