The entire staff working at this restaurant should be fired, including the manager. I placed an order through the app for food and was told that it would be ready for pick up at 5:40. I arrived at the store at 5:50 and waited until 6:15 to finally get my food. As I was leaving, I realized they had forgotten a complete plate in my order and had to go back in. When I asked for a refund, I was told that because I ordered online, they couldn't do anything. If you have ten or more staff members working in the same kitchen and are over an hour behind on orders, the entire staff, including the manager, should be fired. This is my third time coming here for dinner and they have run out of certain dishes, causing me to wait. Last week, I waited and then received an empty plate without food after 12 minutes. Tonight, I ordered string beans and chicken, but was told there was a wait. I waited 7 minutes and received a large portion of chow mein instead of the chicken dish I had ordered. This restaurant has declined in quality and I will not be returning unless there are improvements in the staff or management.

Awful experience! When I went through the drive-thru, the worker was extremely rude. She acted annoyed when I asked for a water with my order. As I picked up my food, she gave me a dirty look and threw the water bottle at me. I was just being polite. The worker had glasses and I believe her name was Alexis or Alexa. She was terrible!!!

Go there once a week get the same thing everytime tonight I spent $15 bucks only to throw it all out noodles all broken old and mushy egg roll mushy and old sad use to be so good before you hired all the 16 yr cooks I won't be back to this location for awhile totally disgusted Reserva una mesa ahora

The food, once you got any food was delicious. They had a huge line in the drive thru and they were more interested in helping them than taking care of the line inside. So the sizzling shrimp was amazing and Beijing beef was alright. The pepper steak was pretty damn good.

If you are on a diet in eating small portions, then this is your place to go. Looks like the employees are instructed to give the less is possible in the protein, but the most they can in either rice or pasta...what a disappointment.

Ordered online, which was quick and easy. Order was accurate. Food was hot. Not crazy about the egg roll. And the Kung Pao chicken was more hot peppers than chicken. Loved the orange chicken and Beijing beef.
