So I ordered a few things to try this place, two rolls, a rice bowl and a few early rolls. the order lasted two hours to come since I was in the grafenwoher. whatever. the nice lady who took my payment had the one that had a little over 10 euro of my bills from the paper menu I ordered, I found this a problem with the menu that did not fit her online menu. Why? I don't know. I can eat it and found that my spring rolls were pretty cold. what I just heated up and they tasted like everything else. but the big problem was that I ordered a salmon roll and instead got surimi. I do not understand whether this was intentional to save money at the end of the already contradictory prices and one away....
we had ordered online here. by app it was then said that in about 1 hour the food is delivered. after 1 hour and 45 minutes, nobody came, we tried to call. first was approx. 15min, then finally a younger man has lifted off. my friend then asked when it comes to eating, because it is not in order to wait so long. she wanted to add something else, but the man who broke it down and said that he will now call his supplier and cancel the order, we would then get our money back and not order them. my friend then told him that she might be critical, then he said something we didn't understand anymore and then just put on. quite respectless and absolutely poor service!
I can only report well about panda sushi express. the sushi was very fresh, had a good size and the fish was of very good quality. the ordering time of 40min was absolutely ok and the order was finished on time. they can order here in English or in German. the personal was very friendly to me. please continue!
unfortunately the delivery time was very long the sushi was but super delicious. the staff of the restaurant were very friendly and have apologized several times. next time I'll just order
