Panera Bread - Reservar una mesa

I am a frequent visitor of Panera bread , but I usually go to the other one on Sheridan. I happened to go to the Panera bread on Niagara Falls Blvd. And my daughters friend ordered broc soup and sandwich . We said we were eating in, but they wrapped everything to go. We sat down , and the tape stick to my daughters friend, and the soup spilled all over her bare legs. She was burned terribly, started crying, and when we went to the manager to tell him what happened and why the food was packed to go when we clearly stated we were eating in, he started yelling at us. My daughter and her friend went in and used kiosk to order 4 sip club orders (one each for them and mine and my husbands). There were no cups at the kiosk area so she had to ask the cashier. She was questioned about her sip club order and then she was not allowed the 4 cups that she requested. Only given hers. We pay a lot for 4 sip club subscriptions every month.
